UnCommon Farms and Missouri Soybeans Join Forces to Strengthen Farm Business Success Across Missouri

Brighton, IL & Jefferson City, MO — New partnership gives Missouri Soybeans members discounted access to UnCommon Farms’ business coaching, financial planning, and farm succession resources.

Running a farm today means running a business — managing risk, planning for the future, developing the next generation of leaders, and building something worth handing down. UnCommon Farms and Missouri Soybeans have partnered to make sure Missouri soybean farmers have the tools and support to do all of it.

The two organizations have announced a partnership that gives Missouri Soybeans members discounted rates with UnCommon Farms, a community built for farm families committed to doing things differently. Missouri Soybeans members receive 5% off their first year of UnCommon Farms membership, financial solutions, and succession packages, plus a free succession planning consultation.

“Missouri soybean farmers are running multi-generational operations that deserve the same attention as any other business” said Justin Friedrich, Director of Strategic Partnerships & Sales, UnCommon Farms. “This partnership is about making sure those resources are accessible. Farms that intend to last need more than a good crop year. They need a long-term plan.”

UnCommon Farms pairs each member family with a personal coach and connects them to a peer learning network and a full team of agricultural specialists, covering financials, succession, human resources, leadership & management, strategic planning, and risk management. It’s a whole-farm approach built for the complex realities modern farm families face.

“We’re always looking for ways to put more value in the hands of Missouri soybean farmers” said Casey Wasser, Missouri Soybeans’ executive director and chief executive officer. “UnCommon Farms brings real, practical support to our farmer leaders and provides a solution to the question every farm family eventually has to face: what happens next?”

Missouri Soybeans members can learn more about the partnership and claim their member benefits by contacting Justin Friedrich at (618) 619-2166 or [email protected].
