What does it actually mean to be a member?
Membership means you stop figuring it all out alone. Membership gives you a dedicated Business Coach, access to peer groups, and a full ecosystem of resources including events, industry partnerships, exclusive training, and more. Your coach works alongside you across six coaching pillars to make sure your farm’s goals move off the whiteboard and onto the ground. Membership provides an ongoing, integrated relationship built around your operation and the results it’s capable of producing.
How is this different from hiring an ag consultant?
A consultant hands you a plan and leaves. Your UnCommon Farms coach stays. They’re in your corner through implementation: when the strategy gets hard, when the family dynamics get complicated, and when the market shifts and your roadmap needs to adjust. You also get the equivalent of four advisors in one: a business consultant, a financial advisor, an HR business partner, and a succession consultant all coordinated under a single coaching relationship. That’s not something you can replicate by hiring separately.
Is membership right for where my farm is right now?
