Plus: Shared Accounting Responsibilities
Built for operations ready to hand off execution alongside oversight. At the Plus level, we take on the day-to-day accounting work alongside you by keeping your records clean, your statements current, and your reporting meaningful.
Includes everything in Core, plus:
- Bookkeeping (recording transactions, organizing data)
- Reconciliations (bank, loan, intercompany, inventories, and more)
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Monthly financial reports
- Balance sheet schedules and accrual reporting
- (Optional) Managerial accounting by commodity or field
- Quarterly financial review with your consultant
Optional add-ons available at this level: payroll processing, payroll tax payments, and bill payment/check processing.
Premium: We Are Your Accounting Department
Built for operators who want to hand it all off. At Premium, we function as your full accounting department—handling everything from daily transactions to cash monitoring to payroll—so you can stay focused on running the operation. Includes everything in Plus, with all optional services included as standard:
- Cash monitoring
- Payroll processing
- Payroll tax payments
- Bill payment and check processing

Can you replace my current CPA?
We can. If your operation needs a comprehensive, full-service financial solution, our team can fully take over your accounting and tax preparation. If you have an existing CPA relationship you want to keep, we can structure our services to complement that rather than duplicate it. We’ll figure out what makes sense after an initial consultation.
Will you help me understand my financial statements, or just produce them?
With our Plus and Premium accounting services, you’ll meet quarterly with a consultant to review your financials. Our full membership option takes it further with your business coach helping you keep your financials tied to every major decision your operation makes.
Do you offer pricing online?
Every farm operation has a different level of financial complexity, so we don’t publish flat-rate pricing. After an initial consultation, we build a customized quote around your actual needs. There’s no obligation and no guesswork.
