  • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure technology delivers real business value, and serve as a trusted technology advisor for executive decision-making and resource planning.
  • Provide operational support and end-user services, overseeing onboarding, training, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of systems and processes across the organization.
  • Manage IT assets and vendor relationships, including tracking technology resources, negotiating software and service contracts, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Support company meetings and presentations by setting up and managing AV systems, collaboration tools, and technical troubleshooting for internal and executive events.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and policies, ensuring continuity and knowledge sharing to future-proof UnCommon Farms’ technology infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of IT management or systems leadership experience.
  • Proven success managing software development teams and vendors, driving digital transformation, and modernizing systems.
