The Multi-User module turns on file locking capabilities in AgManager® that enables several people to be in the same entity performing different specific defined activities at the same time.

The core module of AgManager. Used to define accounts, vendors, products and commodities appropriate for your business with transaction entry and basic basis reporting.
Produces a variety of balance sheets, such as Cost Basis Balance Sheet, Market Basis Balance Sheet, or Combined Cost and Market Basis Balance Sheet.
Contains a number of features to help you manage invoice payments so discounts won't be lost and crucial payments can be made in a timely manner.
Can utilize billing by statement or invoice, discounts, and added charges for past due payments.
Calculates payroll and provides comprehensive reporting for management and compliance purposes. Supports payroll for salaried employees, hourly employees, and employees paid by piece work, and can accumulate and report sick and vacation time.
Adds a level of detail to break down the Operations portion of the General Ledger by the center. Each Operations transaction is coded with additional information that identifies the production cycle and center the transaction applies to. Profit and cost centers are used to accumulate totals for activities within the business.
Divided into four activities:
- Entity Forecast: builds a projected budget for entity operations.
- Managerial Forecast: assembles a projected budget of operations by center and production cycle.
- Capital Forecast: helps budget the capital activity of assets, liabilities, and equity.
- Forecast Reports: combines either one Entity Budget or one Managerial Budget with a Capital Budget for reporting purposes.
Available for cash basis taxpayers who also include market values for their assets during setup. The Income Statement provides Accrual-Adjusted reporting for Cash Basis Taxpayers.
Contains two raised inventory function levels:
- Entity Level: Update Market Values screen used to record additions to raised inventory which is automatically reduced as the inventory is sold.
- Managerial Standards Level: Work in Process (WIP) Inventory screen and Crop WIP screen record inventory flow of livestock and crops to automatically cost raised inventory on a per unit basis.
Contains two groups of reports. The first group supplies information for tax planning and tax preparation. The second group helps you identify which vendors need 1099’s and then allows you to print or eFile your 1099’s.
Provides multi-year entity trend information from several perspectives.

Automatically costs out purchased livestock as they are sold or die. There are several methods that can be selected for this costing:
- FIFO (First In, First Out)
- LIFO (Last In, First Out)
- Average Cost
